The Serpent and the File

The Serpent and the File
The Serpent and the File
An Aesop's Fable

A Serpent over the span of its wanderings came into an armorer's shop. As he coasted over the floor he felt his skin pricked by a record lying there. In a fierceness he turned round upon it and attempted to dash his teeth into it; yet he could do no mischief to substantial iron and had soon to give over his anger.
